Stop there or continue to see recommendations on the type of exercises and how long you should be doing them to burn off the unwanted calories.

Food Page Instructions

  1. Type all the foods and servings you want to eat into the search bar
  2. Click the "Submit" button find out the calories and other nutrition facts
  3. Checkout the nutrition label on the left for the total count



Exercise Page Instructions

  1. Enter your age, weight, height, and gender
  2. Select the type of exercise you wish to do from the drop down
  3. Click "Submit" to see various options on how long you need to exercise in order to burn your desired amount of calories
